Kick starting our blog with some fabulous venue’s for you to feast your eyes on. With so many different venue’s to choose from and more and more venue’s opening themselves up to hosting events, it can be quite a daunting task to find the perfect space for you.

At The Little Details we love to plan weddings and events in unique spaces so wanted to showcase to you 3 alternative spaces in Sussex to host your wedding or occasion.

  1. Wildflower Wood

Walk down past the beautiful Victorian walled kitchen garden (where your fresh herbs have just been picked for your signature cocktail!) and into the woods where you come to a magical clearing. Sunlight dappling through the trees, overflowing buckets of wildflowers, fairy lights adorning the trees, rustic tables and chairs set out ready for a feast in the woodland tipis. If this sounds like your kind of wedding, then the Wildflower Wood is definitely for you!

Not just a woodland but a whimsical wedding wonderland, this space is ready for you to add all of your personal final touches. The space can seat up to 110 guests in the giant tipi’s provided as part of the package.

  1. The British Airways i360

Tie the knot in style surrounded by breathtaking 360-degree views of Brighton, the South Downs and the beautiful Sussex coastline – a magnificent backdrop for both your vows and your wedding photographs.
The British Airways i360 pod can accommodate up to 175 people standing, or 60 seated theatre-style. Ceremonies take place while the pod is at 450ft, its highest point. Continue your wedding celebrations at ground level in the magnificent beachfront event rooms, each with their own private terrace.

  1. Worthing Dome

This unusual Worthing wedding venue is home to one of the oldest working cinemas in the country. Original features are everywhere, with oak panelled rooms, chandeliers, arched iconic windows, original mouldings and a real sense of living history by the sea.

Sat on the seafront in Worthing, amongst the seagulls, rock shops and the bustle of the town, this glorious seaside wedding venue has been home to 1920’s decadence, 1940’s ball room dancing, 1950’s rock n roll nights, film shoots and every kind of party. The Main Lounge has been a function room since 1911 and the actual Dome with panoramic views and a 60’ high ceiling is now a Ceremony space as well.

The Whispering Gallery, which is in the Dome at the top of the building and has panoramic views, has capacity during a wedding ceremony for up to 50 guests. An extra 35 guests can view the wedding ceremony from the Atrium Bar. The Main Lounge is perfect for larger wedding ceremonies of between 85-150 guests.

Don’t forget we are here to help you make that all important final decision on your wedding venue so please get in touch to chat about our services and check out our Instagram page to see what we have been up to here @thelittledetails_events
